Drawing on my experience as a network engineer, I formed Synergistic Networks in 2003 to provide consulting services to businesses in the Northeast region.  What this means is that our company is completely focused on technology from the top down and how it can be better used by the companies who depend so much on it.  We understand that companies just want their technology to work for them and allow them to do what they do best – run their businesses.

I will spare you all the clichés, buzzwords, and hollow sounding promises that have become all too common in our industry.  We have long viewed PSTS as our largest and most similar competitor and we know that you already understand the benefits of hiring a consulting company and the team of experts it employs.  We are straight shooters, will always give you honest answers, and are genuinely concerned with providing you with outstanding service.

After dealing with a customer base of more than 100 clients, I would be willing to bet you are asking the question “Can these guys step in and address my current needs like PSTS has?”. The good news is that both Synergistic and PSTS are firmly committed to an in-depth transition that will ensure our team is brought completely up to speed – without the additional cost that a new vendor often brings to learn your network.

Let’s be realistic – no matter what we say in this letter, the real proof is in demonstrating our expertise to each and every one of you.  I only ask that you give us the chance to show you the type of service we are capable of providing that our current clients have grown to enjoy and expect.   We are definitely up to the task and cannot wait to get started.
