Synergistic Networks Acquires Penn Software and Technology Services

We are extremely pleased to announce some exciting news from Synergistic Networks.  In early July we completed the purchase of  Penn Software and Technology Services (which was owned by Penn Millers Insurance Company) and have recently finished the transition of their client accounts.  Penn Software had long been considered our largest and most similar competitor and we are very pleased to add their book of business to our company.  The acquisition of Penn Software allows us to improve our efficiencies, skillsets, and partnerships as well as moving us one step closer to our goal of becoming the Northeast region’s number one resource for all of your IT consulting and computer network related needs!
